We have a new Member who has confirmed his membership yet his name has not been activated on our site. How can this be correct ASAP... we do not want new Members discouraged from participation in role.

Please tell me your club name and number and include them in your signature (accessible in your profile).

Club: Ojai Valley Toastmasters
#: 4717

I will also re-attach the roster with the information on the Member at issue: Haesi H. Fanizius

I was unable to include them in my profile as I went to edit Profile and didn't see an option to include that information.

I am the VP PR and our club site Administrator.

Thank you.

Jan Helsel

If you edit your FTH support profile you'll find, way down at the bottom on the Profile Information tab, the Signature box in which to type your club name and number.
Regarding Haesi, it looks like he/she has not opted in.  "has confirmed his membership" is not the same as "has opted in."  I just sent to Haesi the opt-in e-mail.  You should follow up (I suggest via telephone) to ensure receipt, advising that sometimes these messages get routed into one's spam or junk folder.
Good luck!

You need to add the member to the club website membership, we are FTH and have NO connection to any data stored at Toastmasters.org
