Club Secretary's Profile email Address not appearing in meet our members page

Hello:
I am a Treasurer of Campus Toastmasters. campus.toastmastersclubs.org
Our Secretary is not appearing in our meet our members page.  campus.toastmastersclubs.org/meetourmembers.html

I have logged in as site admin, gone to membership management, and selected the icon that opens their profile.
I can see the box that can be checked that is label Check this box to be added to our Meet our Members page but I am unable to check it.
Clicking on the check box does not check the box. I have attached a screen shot.

Please help us trouble shoot this.

If the member has not checked the first checkbox then there is, unfortunately (in my opinion), nothing you can do other than to contact that member and ask him to check it.  I encourage new members to do so, not because as admin I want the ability to muck with their settings, but because I'd like to be able to enter the member's TI I.D. number and start date.  For the second checkbox, it is, again, the member's choice to be (or not) included in the Meet Our Members page.  I encourage members to do so so that guests can get a demographic view of the club's makeup.
In summary, it's up to the member, so you will have to reach out to him.

I was confused because the first check box next to 'If this box is checked....' looks like it is checked but it is greyed out.
I thought if that first one was checked, then the admin would be able to check the second.

Both of those are inaccessible to the site admin. Only the member can choose to appear on the public page.

It used to be that way, but with the advent of all the GDPR and privacy stuff, we had to change it so that only the member can change their visibility on the M.O.M. page.
