Unable to open Admin Console?

This morning I am unable to launch the Admin Console on Chrome or Edge.  
I push the button, but the popup does not happen.
Tried logging  out and in as Admin, no change.    
It was working for me yesterday.

Thanks for the heads-up. @Steve; I observed this behavior on my club site and the FTH test site as well. It also appears to affect the edit button on each page. (I attempted to open the admin console via the page edit button on Meeting Information/Directions.)

I am experiencing the same issue today. My club president and I were just editing the site the other day. 
Looking forward to some direction/help.
