Launch Admin Console

All Officers are having difficulty launching the Admin Console to do updates, add new data and files, etc.  Nothing has changed; we are using the same user ID and password.  What might be going on with FTH? We log in successfully, but when we click on Launch Admin Console, nothing happens.
