Admin Console does not open

Club 650660 District 32 Region 1, www.prospeakerclub.com .  After successfully logging in as the site Admin, when clicking on the Launch Admin Console, the console will not open.  There is no error message.  I’m using Chrome.  Thank you for your time and effort.

Clubs 7524, 9364, 2154534 in District 112 - same with the Edge and Firefox. Not sure its relevant but inspection throws up a JavaScript error around the Admin Messages section.
