Launch admin console not working was created by Fran

We cannot access our site because the launch admin console is not responding. When someone requests info about our club, they are being added to our membership list instead.
Someone help!

I am having the same issue on my website. I also don't get any admin console options when I click the little pens on each page. I noticed this issue yesterday, Sunday, 8/21. Here it is Monday, 8/22 and we have the same problem.
