Oh NO! Can't get Treasurer Function to Open - need to send dues notices out!

The Treasurer Function for the SCUMBAT club 5474 does not seem to be working. When you click it, the header shows up, but there is no data - just that really irritating spinning circle. No tabs, no data - it seems to not be able to get to the member data.
