Member Not Receiving Opt-In Email

Member Barbara Van Sickle says she is not receiving the opt-in email. Email address is correct.

It appears that she has already opted-in when I look at your Membership Management info.  (no strikeout line through her name)  Are you sure she is not referring to the New Member Welcome email?  (different than the opt-in)   You do not have the membership settings set up to send that automatically when a new member opts in, so you would have to send that manually from Membership Management.
