I did take this up with Paypal the told me to contact the site administrators.
I did not change the code, it changes all by it self when I save it.
The code was working previously and suddenly it stopped working. Could it be something with the ToastHost update a few days ago?

I've been using PayPal buttons for years. Here are two screenshots from my dues page. The first is the final page. The second is the beginning of the pasted code. The code should begin with <form action

I found that the form line was in another spot from some reason with a different host ID. I didn't put it there but I removed it and now it works!

Ok, so given that you are using code starting with "<form...", should we be updating the guidance in the Dues module that says not to do that??? (e.g. see screen excerpt in Richard's post above)
