Terry is using a Yahoo backed email and if he marked a valid FTH email as spam he might have been moved.
As far as the other we will need more details.

I thought I made a reply to this last week, but looks like something didn't work (sorry for the delay). Terry is not aware that he marked a valid FTH email as spam. He had this problem to first occur back in July. At that time, he created a new account on the club FTH website using the gmail account. The problem occurred a second time Sep 8, which is when I created this Support Request. It happened a THIRD time on Sep. 14. I would not think this is related, but the third time happened around the same time that Terry had forwarded the three emails he received the second time he was moved. I can provide the time of the emails if that is helpful. there were also messages in the Admin console for the Third time that I can provide if that is also helpful. Also Terry was wondering if his club history can be bridged between his new account and his old account. (I'm guessing that is difficult, but passing along the request.)

There is no bridging / combining of accounts on FTH.
The only valid account history is on Toastmasters International website and FTH does not have access to that information.
