yes, if you could remove it that would be great! I also haven't received any reset/authentication email. Nothing was in junk or spam either. I never had any issues logging on in the past when I belonged to a different club. Since merging with this club, I have been unable to log in with my credentials.

Check your comcast account.   I modified your member profile to send to both your primary and secondary email accounts.
