Can't log into club website using username and password

I am unable to log into my club's website. I keep getting an error message that I have the wrong username or password. My current username and password works on the TM international site and Base Camp, just not my club website. When I click forgot password to reset it, I never get an email with the link to reset it. I have checked the spam folder and nothing is there. I even asked our IT team to look into it and from their logs, there were no emails coming in from Toastmasters.

We must have your club number for us to investigate.

Your club website is not linked to your information at TM International.  WHQ does not allow us to do that linkage.  Therefore, you may not have the same login information for your website unless you specifically set the same password and chose to use a username vs your real name for the member login.

As far as you not receiving the password reset email, I am not sure what is going on other than to tell you the usual: check your spam folder and whitelist us in your email.  Unfortunately, because FTH handles a large volume of email and we do see some occasional email abuse by some club members despite our best efforts to prevent that, some email providers may filter out emails from our system unless you specifically whitelist us and take other efforts to allow FTH emails.  We try our best to ongoingly ensure that FTH email does get delivered, but because all users can be effectively impacted by a few bad actors, it does create occasional problems for us.  (We try to stay vigilent.)

I do recommend that you review the following:   support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/e...embers-receive-email
