Member keeps getting moved to former members

I have the same problem with a member in club 7341 Nalaka Morugama. I've had to move him back to 'member' 4 times in the past month.
As the club web admin I rec'd 4 emails saying I had click on the 'no longer a member' link & I know I have not.
The topic has been locked.

But he did click on one of the links that said he is no longer a member.
