Host not allowing emails from FTH

To anyone who can help, We have a new member, and she never received the original opt-in and has yet to receive any of at least four resends of the opt-in. We have deleted and reentered her as a member. We have changed her email address. Other members have had no problem receiving FTH opt-ins, and she is fine with Toastmasters International. The only common denominator is her web hosting. All of her emails go through Blue Host. She has been checking both her spam and inbox. I don't know the extension of the opt-in notice, so I can't troubleshoot that. There are so many extensions blocked with Blue Host. I don't know if it is coming back undeliverable or what? If there are other elements to troubleshoot, I can't think of them, Emails used are drclare@fragilfamiliesnetwork.com and drclare@drglendaclare.com. If there are other elements to troubleshoot, I can't think of them, 
The IP address for @fragilfamiliesnetwork.com isn't being blocked by FTH but it doesn't work because it isn't a valid domain. You can investigate using sites like this:

www.checktls.com/TestReceiver

@drglendaclare.com is being blocked by FTH because it hosts hackers. We'll follow-up with this one to determine if we can remove the block.

Dear Admin,
Thank you for your research. After double checking, I realized I had made a mistake in the spelling of the email address. the correct one is drclare@fragilefamiliesnetwork.com. (cut and pasted from member management) I apologize for the double work. Thank you for all you do for Toastmasters
