Former Site admin still gets email notice on changes

Even though my name and email address are clearly registered "Site Administration / Administrator Info / (Administrator Name & Administrator e-Mail), the former site admin, a previous club member, still gets email notification on site changes.    I cannot find any other place that lists the site admin.  Is there some other field that needs to be updated?

What is the first (or last) name of the former member?
There are no email notifications of site changes that I'm aware of, what notifications are you referring to?
The only recent email records show messages from basecamp to your basecamp managers, and contact form messages going to your club contacts

Pam, you are impressive with your quick responses. The Former admin is Allen Ashe, email> allenashe@gmail.com. I have asked Allen to forward to me one of the emails he is referencing and will copy it into a future topic update.  Thank you for your help.
Here is the content of his inquiry:
---- Allen Ashe inquiry on 10/20/22 (I have been the admin for several years, Allen is listed as a former member, but not the admin.)
Harold,
I am getting emails from the ToastmasterClubs.org (free toast host) server noting that someone is logging in as admin and making some changes.

Could you remove me as the administrator on that server?  There may be a place where just my email address is listed to report changes made by administrators

I can see 3 role change notifications were sent to Allen around that time (to his email address on the website).
Your Meeting Agenda Settings (global settings / notification settings) are set to send notifications to all affected members when a role assignment is changed.  Perhaps Allen was still registered as a member at that time?  If he had any future agenda roles pre-booked and they were changed he would have been sent a notification:
