Contact Us form goes to wrong email address

Hi! The Contact Us form keeps sending emails to members who are no longer in the club. We have it set up to go to Deb Luu (in all instances) but she isn't receiving them. Where else should I be looking to see why Contact Us emails aren't going to her and instead are going to former members?

What are the emails that are receiving the contactus form that shouldn't be, I need those to trace what is happening.
Also I removed the multiple occurrences for Ms Luu.

The emails that the Contact Us form shouldn't be going to are juliembane@yahoo.com and staafc@comcast.net. Thanks for removing the multiple emails for Ms. Luu.

There haven't been any FreeToastHost contact form emails for club 1000 in the last 4 weeks 
There have been no FreeToastHost emails from or to This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. in the last 4 weeks
There have been 3 notifications of login as admin from an unrecognized device for This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it., but no other FTH emails

 

That's so weird. I've attached the screenshot of the email we got.

Also, I filled out the form and it went to Deb Luu (who it's supposed to go to) and not my husband and me this time so maybe it's fixed.

 

That isn't a FTH contact form email, ours come from server@toastmastersclubs.org and have a distinctive format. 
I'd suggest that you ask the sender where they found your email address, you might be advertising it somewhere else.
