Having Issues with Spamhaus.org

Hi,

I've had two separate email issues from my Program Quality Director for District 11.  I've copied both responses below.  I even placed his email address on the white list inside the FTH website for District 11 thinking that would resolve the issue. It has not.
Also, the IP address does not belong to him, this looks very suspicious and I'm not tech-savvy about these issues.  Can you please advise what I should do?  Everything has been working fine until two days ago.
