Can't activate FreeToastHost Website

I want to request a website for our Charter Club "Clean Water Communicators - Club #: 07669413" on FreeToastHost but whenever I submit a request, I get an automated email stating that my request has been received and is pending authorization from a former member from our Charter Club who is now retired and their email is no longer valid. 

I tried calling Toastmasters International and they updated the key contact on their end but they can't approve my website request.  Is there anyway we can get our website request approved?

I just canceled the prior requests.  Assuming that your club contact address is now accurate, you should be able to re-submit the request.
