Can login via domain but not through toastmastersclubs

Our domain is orangeorators.org, and we can login- mostly. However, we've had intermittent issues with people not being able to get in, and haven't been able to identify the problem. Then today a member told me that he can login via orangeorators.org but not via orangeorators.toastmastersclub.org, and I verified that for myself. It's like it doesn't see anything I type- I get no popup, etc. First of all, I'm not sure how anyone would be going to orangeorators.toastmastersclub.org. I did a search for it in quotes and nothing comes up. Going through Toastmasters Find a Club works. What am I missing, and thanks in advance.

1) You can always log in using 1027292.toastmastersclubs.org/

2) some one removed your alias so the alias orangeorators, the link no longer will work. The club admin needs to put it back.

3) www.orangeorators.org/ works correctly

I tried putting it back, and get the message "Basic Settings Tab - The alias you have chosen is already in use. Please choose another."
OH- now I know the problem. There are two orange orators clubs, and the other club has that alias in use.
