Meetup confirmation emails blocked

We are unable to receive the email confirmations from meetup.com
I have added @meetup.com to our whitelist

If there something else I should be doing?

Many clubs have meetup.com blocked for spam.
Add the from address to your clubs white list in email security.

I did that - is there something else I'm forgetting?

For Meetup are you using xxx@tictalkers.ca or xxx-9307@toastmastersclub.org?

Your club is using a custom domain but the DNS isn't set up correctly. Please see the instructions in this doc:

Hi Richard - does that mean I have to contact the registrar and get them to remove the www?

Your domain tictalkers.ca is setup properly for email.

What email address is being used as the club contact for meetup?
