Meetup confirmation emails blocked

We are unable to receive the email confirmations from meetup.com
I have added @meetup.com to our whitelist

If there something else I should be doing?

Many clubs have meetup.com blocked for spam.
Add the from address to your clubs white list in email security.

For Meetup are you using xxx@tictalkers.ca or xxx-9307@toastmastersclub.org?

Your club is using a custom domain but the DNS isn't set up correctly. Please see the instructions in this doc:

support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/dns-settings-overview

What email address is being used as the club contact for meetup?
