Hiya, Today we had a meeting and afterwards changes were made to the agenda to reflect correct role and speech assignments. Normally this isn't a problem and when we subsequently run member speech and role reports everything comes up. Today the agenda didn't offer the "SAVE" and "CLOSE" options at the bottom as it usually does so I'm assuming something went wrong. The information on the agenda for today isn't posting to reports. How can I get the information accepted?
Thanks,
Kate

Long story short... some of your agendas look a bit messed up.

You have speech roles that are not marked as speech roles (via the role settings checkbox) in some agendas.
You have Table Topics that are marked as speech roles (via the role settings checkbox) in some agendas.

You need to make sure that whoever is creating your agendas understands how the system functions.

Also, make sure that you're looking at the edit version of the agenda (use the pencil icon) for the Save & Close options
Today's roles will only show up in the history reports tomorrow

Yes, we removed Table Topics Speech as a speech role. It reappeared in our latest meeting template. It only applies if the person is doing Active Listening project. Will try changing it to a non-speech role again.

I am creating the agendas and apparently am not understanding.

What is the go-to for speech roles?

Refer to the 'Edit role' portion of this documentation: support.toastmastersclubs.org/doc/item/editing-an-agenda
You might want to set up agenda templates with and without Active Listening as a Project
