Registering for website is not accepting new club number

I am trying to set up website for 2 new clubs.  I entered the club numbers provided by Toastmasters and I receive a message back that they are not listed on TI new Club list.  They are indeed listed there and the club numbers being used are correct.  Please advise how we can get these set up.  Attached is a copy of the list TI shows and these clubs are showing at the bottom.

The image you provided is unreadable.  Please reply with the club numbers of interest.

Also, you must use the Unchartered Club Website tab in the request form.   If you use the Chartered Club Website tab, you will indeed get a response back that the clubs were not found.   The reason is that the two tabs use different data sources to verify the club numbers.

Thanks for your reply.  I was using the unchartered option because these two clubs have not chartered yet.  The two club numbers are : 28675758 and 28675759.  They are in Groveland FL and do show on the list as TI gave me the club numbers.  Please advise.

Ooops!  We need the district #, also.
