New Member Log in doesn't function

The new member name doesn't appear in the drop-down list on the Login panel. I see there are others with the same concern. How can this be corrected? Our club: 2196677 District: 21

What new members , a first name maybe?
Did they click accept on the opt-in email?
Do they still have a bar through their name?

If the bar is through their name they haven't clicked accept in the opt-in email.

Thanks for your reply, Brian! There seemed to be a glitch in the system as the opt-in email either didn't get sent or didn't validate the new member and their name wasn't showing up in the drop-down list on the login panel. One member had the screen flash black and white several times after selecting the Submit button which seemed odd. I resent the two new members a second opt-in email and it functioned properly. Not sure exactly what happened here but the issue has been resolved.
