New member login to club website does not work was created by kms7xw
Hi, we have a new member that has tried logging into our website, however, she has not received any emails about a password even when she clicks "authenticate". We are WOE TM club, please see information below.
Her email: Adereti, Modupeola <Modupeola.Adereti@fda.hhs.gov>
Our website: White Oak Evening Toastmasters Club (toastmastersclubs.org)

Hello,
Please do include in future support requests your club number so we don't have to hunt it down via a T.I. Find a Club search.
Looking at the FreeToastHost e-mail log, I see that all 11 e-messages sent to that e-mail address were successfully sent. No error, and no bouncing back.
I suggest checking the spam/junk folders in the member's e-mail program. I just tried sending the opt-in message and did send the New Member Welcome message. Please follow up with member in person or by telephone to confirm receipt.

Thank you for the quick response! She has not received an email to reset her password, she checked her junk/spam folder as well. Is there a way to try to forward the email to me so I can help her reset? Can you help create a temporary password? I'm not sure how to proceed if she isn't getting the password set emails.

Brian is referring to the IT folks at fda.hhs.gov where the person works. There is no way we are going to know a contact there.Ok thank you, what is the contact for the IT folks she can reach out to?
