club officer email being forwarded to personal email

It is my understanding that emails sent to a club officer email address, that the email will  be forwarded to the club officer's personal email address.  If that's the case, then emails addressed to vppr@diningouttoastmasters.org aren't being forwarded to my email address.  I verified that my "Email Settings" in "Edit Your Member Profile" doesn't have the Do NOT create a club officer email address for me" checked.  

The problem is that in requesting to have my pw reset for the club's tiktok account (which was setup using the vppr@diningouttoastmasters.org); I'm not getting a forwarded email.  What else can I check?  I tested that the email will forward (I sent an email from another account and it was forwarded).

Your club's custom domain is not configured for email ... no MX record exists in the DNS records.  Whoever set up your custom domain will need to address that.
