Can't edit out line in Paypal related line in Dues Reminder

We can't figure out how to get rid of a line in the reminder notice that reads:   You may also remit your payment through PayPal using the following link:
That's followed by a broken link to the paypal button. We removed everything from the Paypal box. 

This was setup more than 10 years ago, so I don't know if something was done that isn't playing well any more. I presume there's some underlying source but I don't know how to see it. I have looked at the Paypal support stuff but not seeing what would apply.

Fixed.

There were some blank spaces in the PayPal textbox causing the button to show
