We also have a problem with the website administrator password. I don't know if it somehow got changed or something, but it doesn't work. 
Attempts at reset have a similar result to that mentioned above, The password field is left blank, a password reset link is promised by email and it never arrives. Please help.

It seems that Olive might have been deleted and then added back.  The authentication email has been successfully sent to her email address.  She'll have to go through the process of setting up a password again.

Your admin password resets have been successfully sent to your admin (Sue)
