Standard templates are not available in new FT3 site

I'm attempting to setup a new site remarkableresultstoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org and unfortunately the default templates are not available.
I'm a member of another club and we have all of the available templates.  Is there a way to add them to the site?  Is it possible to export and import templates from another site?

Thank you for your quick reply.  I apologize for not providing the necessary information.  I've been in TM since 1991and used FTH for many years, but I've never started a site from scratch. Here are the answers you requested:

What templates are you referring to? Email?  Not email. but the Agenda Templates

 Our site doesn't have the default Agenda Templates installed. I'm trying to create an agenda for our first meeting and I just want to use the
standard agenda template to do so.  .  If there was a way to export and import templates I would do so from another clubI'm an admin for, but at a minimum I would like to have the default Agenda Templates installed on this site:.  remarkableresultstoastmasters.toastmastersclubs.org/agenda.html

They are there.
Log in as admin
Click on Agenda in left menu
Click on + icon on agenda menu
Click on Agenda setup
click on the pull down "Create From Template"

I used the 2 hour system one to create March 24
