Duplicate text? Opt-in email

Hi gang, I can't find anywhere to edit this text but my Clubs opt-in email first paragraph is (bold added):

This is an automatically generated email.  Your addition as a member to the Bundaberg Simply Speaking Toastmasters Club 798751 (Club 798751) website is pending-- please click one of the links below.

I guess the system pulls information from a list that is not formatted uniformly... anyways... it might be better to read something like:

This is an automatically generated email.  Your addition as a member to Bundaberg Simply Speaking (Toastmasters Club 798751) website is pending-- please click one of the links below.

It is the club name as it is entered in the Admin Console... Website Settings -> Basic Settings

Thanks, here I was thinking I wasn't the problem but with a bit of knowledge... there is no problem... I also changed our Club description to the default... why mess with a good thing!
