Trying to change the custom website domain for www.cernertoastmasters.com

Dear Support,

We are creating a new domain to go with the official name change of our club.  The current address is www.cernertoastmasters.com and we need to change this to www.oraclemalverntm.com .  When changing it in the admin console, we are getting a DATA TRANSFER ERROR.  It will not change successfully.  Please advise.

1) click the reload link at the bottom of your site

2) clear the old domain name and save

3) enter the new domain name and save

Thank you for your help.  So, I was able to do this, but then after I changed the domain to www.oraclemalverntm.com , it just resolves to the FreeToastHost website ( www.toastmastersclubs.org/welcome/?NWAU ).  I believe we have everything set up properly in our dns records settings.  Is there a way to check the settings in our admin console?  I can't get there now.

As you never supplied your club number I can go no further.
We ALWAYS require your club number to properly assist you.
