Hello again, yes that is good advise to use the archive email address. However, it does not help us much when we cant get into our account. We are looking at creating a whole new Facebook site if we cant recover the password.

We always recommend you have all third party user and passwords kept in a secure place that all officers know where is it.

We do provide a few places in FTH for the common ones like the information for the domain registrar and archive email address.
