Not receiving password reset message from Facebook

Hello,

We have lost the password for our Facebook page and the password reset messages are not being received by our VPPR address (vppr-590130@toastmastersclubs.org). All other email to this address is being delivery ok. I have added the appropriate domains to the white list (e.g @facebook.com,@facebookmail.com,security@facebook.com,security@facebookmail.com) but the issue still exists. I can not find a helpful similar support topic via search, although there is one that mentions Facebook server IP address blocking.  Can you please help?

The only email addresses sending to your vppr address are @linkedin.com, @u3863915.wl166.sendgrid.net.  and @ellerslie.school.nz
There are also what look to be a couple of test messages probably from club members
There is nothing from any facebook addresses. Are you sure they are sending to the correct vppr address?
 

Ok, thanks for checking. I will contact Facebook support to see if there is an issue their end.

Facebook and many other companies spam FTH so much most of their domains and subdomains have been blocked by one club or another.
We recommend that you use the club archive email address for these sign ups.

Are you saying that spam blocking on FTH by other clubs will stop us receiving Facebook email at vppr-590130@toastmastersclubs.org?
I see that no Facebook messages are appearing in our archive mailbox, but could the messages be getting blocked at the FTH system level?

if you are using the crowd sourced spam list, yes.

I said use the archive email directly do not use the vppr or any FTH email address.
