freetoast host and VPE is not getting the mentor requests

Thanks for the quick response.  However the mentor section that you had a picture of is set to the VPE.  However the VPE has not received any of the requests that have been made asking for a mentor.  I tested it this afternoon- and the mentor request went to our current President who is the contact person on the TI website.  Other than my request today she has not received any of the mentor requests.   One of our newer member felt that his presence and request for a mentor was not answered and was very disappointed.   I was told at a recent TLI that the only person who would get the mentor requests is the person who is listed as the member who is our contact person for inquiries.  I am going to be President as of July 1st and would like to have this taken care of as we have several new members who need and want mentors.

Was this successful request completed by submitting the "Mentor/Protégé Request Form" from the Members Only menu on your site?

Your FTH site has the VPE (currently assigned as Manohar) set as the recipient of submissions of the "Mentor/Protégé Request Form". Please also check with him for the missing requests from the new members.

This is incorrect. The mentor request recipient is described on the document that Nancy posted on the other thread. 

I am wondering if the 'Contact Club' button on your TI 'Find-A-Club' page (unrelated to any settings in your FTH site) is being used to request mentors.
