I just got our custom domain properly directed so that the website can now be accessed. But it shows a "not secure" warning when I go to the site.  How do I get an SSL certificate?

The cert renews automatically so it probably hadn't caught up with your new domain configuration yet.
I ran it manually so please check your site again.
