Sorry if this is a duplicate post. I tried submitting once before, but I'm not seeing it show up and my profile still says zero posts.
I am trying to reset the password for a Dropbox account that uses our club's vpe-3852@toastmastersclubs.org email address, but I never receive the login link.
- If I send an email manually to vpe-3852@toastmastersclubs.org, then it shows up in both my gmail and my work email as expected.
- If I try to reset my personal Dropbox account password, I get the email immediately.
- I am transitioning from President to VPE and I am not able to reset the President password either (both officer email addresses are currently going to me and both work in all other cases).
- In our FTH site:
- I have no-reply@dropbox.com and dropboxmail@dropbox.com in the whitelist
- I have no entries in the blacklist
- I have UN-checked 'Use the "Crowd-Sourced" Email Black List'
- I have turned the SpamAssassin threshold to 7.0 (the most lenient).
I believe the last time I got an email from Dropbox to president-3852@toastmastersclubs.org was on 02/10/2023 (from no-reply@dropbox.com) or on 02/17/2023 (from dropboxmail@dropbox.com).
I was able to simply share the password with the incoming President (who can now change it himself), but the outgoing VPE is not a member of the club anymore. I can try to reach out to get the password, but I'm worried about future situations when that may not always be possible.
Is there anything else we can do or information you can provide from your end?
