Calendar - showing wrong day/time

How can I fix the calendar to show correct meeting day/time for our agendas?

I have updated the timezone to Australia/Melbourne, it was GMT. Not sure when it changed to GMT but was previously correct timezone.

I have logged out to see if this would trigger fix. It did fix our 11/7, 22/8 & 12/9 meetings. However 18/7, 25/7, 8/8 & 29/8 meetings are all showing as the next day Wednesday 5 am or 5:15 am.

Agendas prior to 1 July appear to be correct.

Edit and save the agendas with the incorrect date time, this will correct the calendar entries.
