Domain forward with masking to FTH site not allowed to open site

Hello,

highnoonlectern.com is a domain name our club has had for many years and, for many years it forwarded to our FTH site: 2462.toastmastersclubs.org
Today I tried to get the forward to work by changing the forward with masking in GO Daddy to 2462.toastmastersclubs.org from the (used to work) http:// version 2462.toastmastersclubs.org  
Not sure what to ask? Do we need to get an SSL Cert for the highnoonlectern.com domain name as well ? Years ago I did that for free through Cloudflare for another site but have no recall how I did that.
Or, is there some setting/coding we need to add somewhere on the 2462.toastmasterclubs.org FTH site?

Is there a question you have that I don't even know to ask?
