Stop automatic email forwarding from Officers Email Accounts

Hello, our club is: Princeton Toastmasters (Club #3954). We have a custom URL ( www.princetontoastmasters.org ). Some previous member of the club registered this URL.

All our officers have their dedicated officer email (e.g. President would be president@princetontoastmasters.org). An email written to this official email will be automatically routed to the President's registered personal email within the FTH environment.

We have recently signed up with Google One and we have folder set up there. We would like to migrate email there as well. Is there any way to stop the auto forwarding of FTH email to personal emails? we would like to have inbox and outbox email records residing inside Google One under each officer's official email account.

Is that possible technically and could you please show me how. Thanks

That is outside of the support that FTH offers. If you change our recommended settings we will not be able to help you with any email issues.
