Member e-mail address no longer works

We have a member of our Club 5104 whose e-mail no longer works.  It has worked for the past 10 years and I'm not sure while it stopped working when using the freetoasthost site.  I have tested the e-mail address using my GMail account and it is still valid.  I have also confirmed the e-mail address with our member and it is the same as on the TM International site. 

I have attached the message he received when sending an e-mail to our club members as he was Toastmaster of the day this week via members-5104@toastmastersclubs.org.  The e-mail address is mgcassaro@painlessliving.net and he is a DTM  Any help you can render would be greatly appreciated.
