Member e-mail address no longer works

I have a similar problem.  Site is 7329.toastmastersclubs.org  and member email is tc@tools-of-computing.com  
Email tool works from Membership management, but the email agendas bounce with invalid/non-working email error messages even though the email address is correct. Please advise how to fix this. Here is the error message. Thank you.Emails to the the following members were skipped

ATMG (invalid/non-working email address)

1) please do not jump anothers thread your problem is not theirs and vice versa

2) it should work now. His email server was blocked because he hosts with a service that allows spammers.
