Option to add custom officer roles

In our club, other than the official TM roles, we have,
Associate VP Education
Associate VP Membership
Associate VP PR
I see there is an option to assign "Other Officer" as a role. My questions are,
1. Is there an option to create custom roles like the above?
2. Could these roles & names be displayed on the printed agenda on the left side along with the current list (President, VP Education, etc.)

You have the choice of other officer. There will not be any other options.
