Member Profile: enabling email notification

Hello FTH Support AND Fellow Toastmasters,

One of our members disabled ADMIN edit for her profile. Of course, this is her prerogative. But this enabled all notifications as this is the default when a new member accepts and approves their addition to the club member list (see attached screenshot). Is there a way to only make the "default" to the agenda notification? Is there a way for the Site Admin to bypass this? If not, would you be able to change this person's notification to agenda only? The member's name is Virginia Rodriguez, vmrodriguez@yahoo.com,
