Cannot Login in to Club Website

I am President of my TM club and was adding a Club Lead to the Membership Management - Guest tab.

All of the sudden, the website showed an error (too fast, couldn't read it) and booted me off the website.

Now I cannot login to the website.  And, the website appears to have deleted me from the members list.  Found this via a different member logging in.

Your email was in the membership twice. I removed the email for guest.

the google Recaptcha is just a warning it does nothing to the log in.
