Member unable to send email to club distribution list

I am Admin for Cherry Creek Toastmasters, Club 2977,  2977.toastmastersclubs.org/index.cgi
One of our members is able to receive club emails from the club distribution list just fine.
When she tries to send an email to the club distribution list, She gets "bounce back. It says I don’t have permission to email that email group".

Her Name Is Brittney Cousin
bucousin@me.com

Everything looks correct to me but it does not work. Hoping you can help. One thing: when she first joined, her email was incorrect. It was updated and now correct. Again, she can receive club emails but cannot send.

For the last 4 week is do not see any email from This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.

Can you  provide a date and time that they sent an email and to which email address.

Also please post the complete bounce message.
 

email was sent early Wednesday morning on 8/17. We are Mountain time. I do not have exact time.

I have not been able to get the actual message. Reached out to the member but no idea if she still has the email. Can you work with what I have sent?

Have her send another email and post that bounce message.
