PayPal Confirmation eMail not being delivered

I have setup a PayPal account for club 944247 ( rosecitytoasters.toastmastersclubs.org/ ).
Since we do not have a club custom domain address, the treasurer email is the default treasurer-944247@toastmastersclubs.org.
When I send an email to this email address it is forwarded and delivered just fine.
However, when I set up the PayPal account using this email address, I never receive the confirmation email from PayPal that is supposed to be sent to that address.
I added @paypal.com to the white list on our site.
I set Spam Assist to 7.
The email from PayPal still does not arrive.
Any suggestions or help?

Spam assist is too high if you want email to go through you must lower to 3 or 4. Your club will get a lot more spam though. Spam assist of 5 is normal.

The help on the Admin tab says "Lower threshold values make the system work more aggressively resulting in more spam being caught, but also results in more email incorrectly flagged as spam ("false positives")--normally, the default value of 5 is sufficient. Note that SpamAssassin is used in *addition* to a number of other techniques employed by FreeToastHost to keep your members from being spammed. As we realize that different clubs have different sensitivities to spam, we are providing the ability for each club to set their threshold value used to determine how aggressively SpamAssassin checks your club email for spam."

So, according to this, I should set the level higher to avoid incorrectly flagging the message as spam, not lower.  That's why I had set it to 7.

You are correct 7 will let more spam through, i do not think this is a "spam" issue.

Are you sure that the email is coming from paypal.com and not a subdomain?
