Change in Administrator

The previous administrator is not able find their credentials.  I have attempted to change the administrator and I am listed as the club contact but still have not been able to successfully log-in as the administrator.

The admin change request was successfully completed and you are now listed as the site admin. You should have an email with a subject "Your FreeToastHost Admin Change is Complete". This email contains the new admin password.
