Member email address invalid/non working email address

Re club 5181586

the member with  *at* inspiredliving.com.au address is not receiving any emails - the error message is showing as 'non working/invalid email address'. 
The email address is however correct. Can you check please, have you blocked the IP and if so, could you please unblock?

Secondly, when we attempt to update this member as our Admin for website we receive the message - 'mail Address is invalid. Please double check your address.' Once again, the email address is correct.

What do we do to fix these two errors please?
