Basecamp emails

Goof Afternoon.

The Issue:
Emails from Basecamp to Basecamp managers are going to the VPM club email and CC'ing the VPM club email (again) & VPE personal email instead of P/VPE/VPM club emails

Actions taken:
I've updated the club contact email to P club email upon reading some of the forum post (attached). I've also checked FTH and the Club Committee contact information is correct (attached).

Please can you someone guide me to where I need to go and what I need to change to ensure the V/VPE/VPM club emails receive basecamp management emails going forward.

Regardless of what your club contact address is in Club Central, as long as it is a FreeToastHost address, the basecamp emails are forwarded to the 3 basecamp managers listed on your website.  I can see that yours are correctly being redirected/forwarded to the President, VPE & Secretary.  
The VPM is not a basecamp manager, so won't receive basecamp emails.  
Although in your case your club contact address was the VPM alias, the basecamp emails only show that as the address to which they were sent,, they don't actually go to the VPM.  You might find it easier to 'visualise' if you change your Club Central address to 
contact-999999999999@toastmastersclubs.org  (substitute your club number for the 999999999999)

Membership enquiries that come through your website or via the Club Central address (if a FTH address) are sent to the nominated club contacts, in your case President, VPE and what appears to be a group gmail address
