Secretary's email has been blocked again

Hello,
Our secretary's email This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. seems to have gotten blocked again, so that she cannot send to the group emails members-1713@ or officers-1713@. I reported this in an earlier support request:  support.toastmastersclubs.org/2011-10-23...rs-or-officers-lists

Is there something she is doing unknowingly that is causing her to get blocked repeatedly? 
Is it possible for her to participate in this comment thread? It seems best to directly involve her since she's the affected user (and she doesn't have to wait for me).

Yes, any FTH club member is welcome to participate here. (I'll defer to Brian's expertise for the issue.)

What is the message she is getting when she sends an email to the FTH server?
